Soup season is upon us. Here are some favorites: potato leek soup (do make the leek oil (it is fabulous on scrambled eggs), vegetarian chili or white bean chicken chili and my all time favorite.
Life altering. Curious…have you ever felt this way after seeing a concert? Which artist inspired you? For me it was tabling at a U2 concert when I worked with Amnesty International.

Studio Updates
Have you been to Mountain HIIT yet? Lucky for you we don’t have a 10,000 person waitlist for this strength based training class! And even better for you , we are now offering it in studio on both Tuesdays and Thursdays! So dust off those hand weights you bought long ago and come on in!
We have some awesome events this weekend…
Yoga + Sound Healing with Emily. “The Yoga + Sound Healing class thoughtfully created a quiet and engaging space to practice yoga in a relaxed and open environment. Thank you Tadasana!” Sunday 9/17 5-6:30pm. $25 drop in or FREE for members.
We are honored to have Rachel Glowacki, a renowned kids yoga teacher and author join us for a FREE kids yoga class this Sunday. She’ll be teaching our teacher trainees how to teach yoga to kids and weaves yoga, mindfulness and literacy into a fun and engaging class. Sunday 1-2pm for ages 5-11.
Schedule Updates:
You can now find Sarah on Thursday mornings at 8:30am for vinyasa flow and Cynthia on Wednesdays at 9am for gentle yoga. Also on Wednesdays, Early Bird Yoga has a strong crew of dedicated yogis, so we will continue to offer a weekly 7am class. Stay tuned for a weekend fitness class and a monthly Sunday morning restorative class beginning in October.
