Happy snowy Friday! Are you feeling a bit over it? Especially after the tease of summer earlier in the week. I could and sometimes do complain, but honestly, I love the variety and extremes of weather that we experience in Colorado.

Inner Power Yoga Teacher Training
“You don’t have to teach to thoroughly enjoy the 200 hour teacher training. In fact I took the teacher training to better understand why yoga affects me the way it does. I found however, it opened my path to teaching 4 classes a week from mat Vinyasa yoga to chair yoga. It is soul nourishing to pass along the tools and knowledge of the yoga sutra. I plan on signing up for this seasons Tadasana offering because yoga is a “practice” we can always improve.”
-Patty Adler, IPY graduate 2021
Justine and I are looking forward to offering the Inner Power Yoga 200 hour training again this year. With four modules spread over four weekends June- September, this training is easy to fit into your summer schedule. Early registration ends May 15. Reach out if you are curious or have questions.
Enjoy the snow. XX
