On longevity: A bit cliché perhaps but since turning 50, I have been drawn to information about longevity. We started watching this series and this film looks powerful. Social connections are such a big part of longevity and I am so grateful for the small role that Tadasana plays in adding that opportunity in our community. I think we could probably do more, so if you have any ideas, let me know!
We went to a performance at the Colorado Symphony this week. There are only a few weeks left for this season… but some cool events planned for the summer. I highly recommend attending! Speaking of Denver, here is a fun list.
