My daughter has been doing a camp in Boulder this week, so I have been on a tour of coffee shops each afternoon. Here are my top three favorites; Beleza, Wonder & Alpine Modern. Her camp is just two blocks from where I lived on the hill in college and I have had all sorts of nostalgia and memories from when I lived here and that time in life. Living in the mountains, I sometimes forget how great Boulder is. Not without its faults but pretty awesome all the same.

In the short history of this blog, I have probably given you 200 recipes and I think this one might be my favorite. No joke. But wait until next week and get mushrooms from Wonder Mushroom Co at the farmers market (the most amazing mushrooms!) and then make it. As long as you like artichokes (and who doesn’t) you will be in culinary delight!
Comedy Wildlife Photos….I love these! Especially the moose.
Wow! SO many things to see this month!
I love this! And small world story, this article links to another cool project that was originally started by the brother of my college roommate! All sorts of college connections for me this week:)
Speaking of Boulder, there is a new music venue. Pretty swanky and a good time.
