Happy Friday! This week I was humbly reminded how amazing it is to feel healthy in my body. I received my second shingles vaccination and it took me down for about 36 hours. There is nothing quite like feeling miserable to make you grateful for the time when you feel good! Hoping all of you are well and healthy and below is a collection of random articles I read while in bed.
