Hello Mountain Yogi’s!
I hope your Thanksgiving holiday was joyous and bountiful. We spent it in Mesa Verde National Park and it felt powerful to be in sacred ancestral lands for the holiday. We also went to Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park which was absolutely stunning. Luna has a parks pass for the year and we are trying to go to 10 parks this year. Where would you go?
Also, I took this picture at the visitors center in Mesa Verde and thought of all of you.
Friday Links
Anyone else feeling a bit overwhelmed and underwater these days? Jeesh. My Thursday class was focused on embracing all the fullness of life and I have been listening to this meditation to bring a little more spaciousness to my awareness.
Speaking of spaciousness, we have launched our 2023 retreat at Joyful Journey Hot Springs! We hope you can join us in the beautiful San Luis Valley for a retreat that is truly restful and rejuvenating!
This soup was delicious.
I just finished reading this book. Anyone else read it? What did you think?
Colorado Gives Day is happening right now. It is a great opportunity to support local organizations that are working hard to better our communities. This year Tadasana Mountain Yoga will be splitting 1% of membership sales between the Nederland Food Pantry and The Native American Rights Fund.

Howdy all and thank you, Diana, I really love The Friday List!
I did read The Emerald Mile-Fantastic! I learned so much about the Natural History of the River itself as well as the beauty of boat construction styles, a River runner’s fierce dedication to the craft (pun intended) & the activism that is intrinsic to loving and respecting the Mother.
What parks? Yellowstone of course! In the Spring when baby Buffalo are born and New Life, New Hope, dots the landscape.
