Last weekend, we had one of those magical days filled with awe and wonder for our mountain home. We helped a neighbor with their horses in the morning, went for a walk along the creek mid day, and caught an amazing sunset. All on our road, within a mile or two of our home. There are so many things in life that are beyond our control and also so many things to appreciate and love in this life. Here’s to a weekend that brings you simple joy close to home.
Friday Links
I love these lists. Also, did you know that the Nederland Library has a running list on the home page of new books they have acquired? And, on the topic of books, I only just learned of this super cool resource.
This was delicious. Especially with wild salmon from Nederland locals, Epick Seafoods.
Colorado Gives Day is this coming Tuesday. There are many amazing non-profit organizations in our community that would appreciate your support.
Have you ever done a Liberty puzzle? So fun and challenging. We are working on this one.
Studio Updates
Justine and I will be offering a practice of 108 Sun Salutations on Wednesday December 15 at 5:45pm. Additionally, Justine will be offering a sun salutation prep class on December 8. We were inspired by this video. Practicing sun salutations around the equinox and the solstice has long been a tradition.
Looking for inspiring gifts for your favorite yogis? I’ll be at the studio on Saturday until 5pm. Come by and say hello. Also, this weekend is the Holiday Mountain Market.
