We had an astonishing 27 people show up for our guest teacher, Keri Bergeron last Saturday! So fun to practice with so many mountain yogis! Keri is our anatomy teacher for the 200 hour Inner Power Yoga Teacher Training and we are excited to announce that registration for this year is now open!
Yoga + Happy Hour! Our 2025 charitable partner is TEENS, Inc. Come for yoga on February 28th and stay for an in studio happy hour (drinks & light snacks) to learn more about TEENS and some of the projects they are up to and what your donations will be supporting.
