Happy Friday Mountain Yogis! So last week, I wrote the blog, but I only just discovered that I never sent it (insert palm to head)! So, here are some extra links for your weekend enjoyment and a quick survey:)

I clicked on this article, thinking that it would probably be lame but I was pleasantly surprised. Also, this resonated for me right now, as I help a friend navigate a tough time. My tendency is to want to solve everything and there is wisdom in being able to step back.
There is a spot close to us where the sun shines between a small circle of trees. The earth smells warm (somehow, even in winter) and the creek flows nearby. It is one of the most peaceful places and I love to ‘bathe’ there.
I often wonder about this when driving through the Eisenhower Tunnel.
