Sorry to miss you last week. I got caught on HWY93 during the snow storm and by the time I got home, I just didn’t have it in me to send out a note. But I have extra links for you today and exciting studio updates. Enjoy the warm weather this weekend before next week's high of 10. Yup…10 degrees.

The Key to Building Habits. What do you think? I am guilty of focusing too much attention on the big picture and then getting overwhelmed. I think putting micro-goals into practice would be good for me.
Here’s another good article on building habits and productivity.
Even more reason to love cilantro! Unless you are one of the unlucky and cilantro takes like soap to you.
I love this story. What a great show of humanity.
I am sucker for these types of lists. And this.
I mentioned this article from Harvard Health the other day in class.
Studio Updates
Covid Safety
Masks welcome but not required. As you probably know, Boulder County Public Health voted to let the mask ordinance expire as of February 18 at 5pm. We are excited to be able to offer mask free classes once again. Hooray!! As we enter a new phase of learning to live with Covid, we ask that you listen to your body and stay home if you are feeling unwell. Additionally, we recognize that masks are an effective tool in preventing the spread of Covid and masks will always be welcome at Tadasana. If you suspect that you might have been exposed to Covid, we kindly ask you to wear a mask for a few days. Together we can help keep each other safe and healthy.
Class size will increase to 20 students and we will not be enforcing social distancing. We have installed an HVAC air purification system as well as an additional air purifier in the studio room. While you are welcome to sign-up for class ahead of time, at this point in time it is no longer a requirement.
As always if you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.
