We are off this weekend to celebrate our favorite 11 year old (can you believe it?) who loves nothing more than a road trip. The picture above will give you a hint of where we are going. I am looking forward to some long soaks in the healing waters.

Between a downed website and dealing with no heat at our house, there was no time for gourmet cooking this week. We ate leftover pizza, tomato soup, tofu stir-fry and pasta. What are some of your favorite ‘no-recipe needed’ meals?
