It’s Friday Mountain Yogis!!
A short and sweet message this week as we are busy in birthday preparations for our favorite 10 year old to be! We are making pizzas and she is having her first slumber party (wish me luck!).
Have a great weekend and enjoy the warmer temperatures tomorrow.
Friday Links
Meditation Masterclass. The whole podcast is golden but the first interview clip with Yuval Noah Harai is absolutely worth a listen.
I have long loved Pico Iyer and this Ted Talk is spot on. I am so curious, what local spot would you go to with an adventurous spirit?
I need these. LOL
On a more serious note, if you hike, bike, ski, walk in the backcountry as many of us do, you need this. One of our fellow yogis works with RMRG and shared recently that many people don’t have the layers and warmth that they need while waiting for rescue crews to arrive. I hope that you never need a rescue but good to be prepared if you do.
At the Backdoor Theater tomorrow night.
I hope to see many of you at the Backcountry Film Festival in support of Wild Bear Nature Center.
Upcoming Studio Events
Join Erin for this Sunday’s pop-up. A workshop style offering focusing on hands and fingers, feet and toes.
Reserve your spot for Restorative Yoga and Reiki on March 5th.
SAVE THE DATE: We are inviting a photographer (you might recognize a very cute baby who was the subject of his first instagram post almost 10 years ago) to the studio to take pictures for our new website (launching in the beginning of April) and we need YOU! If you are comfortable having your picture taken and being displayed on our website, please come to a FREE class on Saturday March 11th at 10:30am. Class is limited to 15, so please reserve your spot.
