Happy February Mountain Yogis! Did anyone else feel like January was 97 days? There is a lot going on in the world these days and it can be challenging to feel grounded in the midst of the swirl. I hope that your practice of yoga is serving you well these days.

Studio Updates
Sunday Slow Down this week is Yoga Therapy Club (Breath as a Healing Modality) with Angie. Next week is Restorative Sound Bath with Sarah and finishing out the month is Yin Yoga with Ellie.
Other upcoming events include: Day of Discovery: A Path to Teaching tomorrow! It’s a glimpse into a what a day of teaching training is like. Think of it as a mini retreat!
Also upcoming is an Intro to Vinyasa class with Ellie on Monday and a meditation pop-up with Charity on February 23rd.
And in case you didn’t hear…we have added a new class to the evening schedule. Slow Flow with Emily on Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7:15 - 8:15pm. We have also extended Tuesday’s Power Vinyasa from a 60 minute class to 75 minute!
