How’s it going out there? I have had a few friends and people mention this week that they are feeling the “blah” of winter. Does that ring true for you? I found this essay about yoga when you are feeling sad. I agree with her that it can fell like there is a lot of pressure, sometimes even within mindfulness practices, to focus on ‘gratitude’ or ‘inner peace’ or ‘joy’ when that isn’t what feels true. So, gentle and loving encouragement to stay connected to your breath & the strength you gain from your practice whatever you might be feeling.

Studio Updates
Justine is back from Costa Rica for a couple of weeks. If you missed her today, she will be subbing Saturday at 9am. We are also co-teaching a practice on the Four Cores of Inner Power Yoga on Saturday January 28th from 3-4:15 followed by a Q&A and information session for the 2023 Inner Power Yoga 200 hour training.
Justine will also be teaching the Sunday pop-up on January 29th from 5-6pm with guest musician Kirk Kubicek who will be playing hand pan and other hand percussions for a Yoga & Sound Experience.
