What a beautiful and snowy week this was. I hope you had some good outdoor adventures and stayed warm.

This free class from Yale looks interesting. I learned about it from this article.
Someone mentioned this podcast to me today. I had never heard of it and there are so many episodes that I want to listen to. But first, this one with a Nederland legend (and dear friend).
Speaking of things to listen to, I am loving this artist on Spotify these days.
In a life pre-pandemic, I was on the pulse of great restaurants along the Front Range. Life has switched a bit (ha!) but I am looking forward to checking these out. Soon! Maybe when we go see this in March.
For all the moms out there…pretty funny!
More travel dreams.
And lastly, my favorite teaching from Thich Knat Hanh.
Studio Updates
The Winter Challenge! We are nearing the end of the first month of the challenge and so far we have 24 entry’s for the grand prize drawing ($300 to spend at Hugger Mugger). The challenge is simple. For every 5 classes you attend (in-studio or livestream) between now and February 28, we will give you one entry for the grand prize. No need to sign up or keep track of anything…just come to class and we will take care of the rest.
p.s. Hope you all are doing okay. There is a lot of stress these days. I hope this newsletter has been a small reprieve.
