to our second Substack newsletter. Are you enjoying the new format? Have you gone down the rabbit hole yet? It is pretty cool, how many amazing newsletters there are. Here’s a sample (note some of these do require a paid subscription)…
Flow State…music for focus and creativity, Investment/Finance…with a particular emphasis on bitcoin if you are curious about that, Content Marketing…all the things I should be doing, what to read next…so cool!

This past weekend found us happily camping near BV and walking along the Arkansas River at Hecla Junction. We hiked out to watch people run Siedel’s Suckhole. It was low water and pretty mellow…everyone we watched made it through with no problem. However, at high water it looks pretty challenging.
I came across this post from a number of years ago and I laughed out loud more than once. If you are, or have been, the parent of a young child, you’ll find it particularly funny.
This was written for me! Truly the secret to delicious cooking.
On my podcast list
On chaturanga and alternatives. Do you love practicing and/or teaching this pose? I do…sometimes…but less and less, as I have learned that the risk from injury is great. This article is spot on.
One last thing…have you been to Scott Carpenter Pool since they redesigned? I am not sure when they actually reopened but it looks so fun. We are excited to go this afternoon.
Enjoy the sunshine this weekend.

The video library is back up to date! Erin offered a great class for the low back this week and Michelle’s HIIT classes are always a strong workout. Plus I had an epiphany about being mildly irritated that I shared with the Vinyasa/Yin class. Check it out in the video library (membership required).
The Friday List is for supporters and lovers of Tadasana Mountain Yoga, a sweet hometown yoga studio located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains. Monthly studio members are automatically subscribed. If you would like to subscribe, please click below.
