Hello Friends,
Last night we drove home a different way than we normally do, and I was blown away by how incredibly beautiful it is right now. Living here, sometimes I take it for granted, but amazing how a shift in routine brings a different perspective. In all things, right?
FRIDAY LINKS:
Last week, The Friday List was already completed and I just couldn’t bring myself to add anything in regard to the news from the Supreme Court. I reckon there is a wide range of thoughts and feelings, this writer put into words a lot of what I am feeling. This book and this one are now on my reading list.
For those on Instagram, do you follow the National Park Service? This post had me laughing out loud AND it is an important reminder.
For a laugh.

Join us for a Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath extravaganza! Both Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath facilitate a shift in brainwaves from our normal waking state to alpha and theta states that are similar to deep meditation. We’ll start with some gentle movement so we can sink even more deeply into our “bath” of soothing words and sounds. Feel free to BYOP (bring your own pillow)!
This reflection on the 200 hour teacher training has us excited for the 2022 offering! If you are thinking about joining, there is still time!
Enjoy the holiday weekend and I hope to see you at the Farmer’s Market or the Parade!
