Last weekend found us on the Rio Chama, truly one of the most beautiful rivers I have been on. Time on the river, 100% outdoors for days always nourishes my soul. Hope your weekend does the same for you and here are some fun links from around the web.
Friday Links
I have driven between Colorado and New Mexico more times than I can count but never this route. I think La Magna Pass is the most beautiful drive I have ever taken.
Speaking of river trips, here is a list of fun float trips around the state.
Saturday would be my grandfather’s 110th birthday. I am making his favorite meal and sharing stories from his life with my family.
Ha Ha. But true.
Did I share this video already? So great and worth sharing again.
Top stretches for tight hips from a PT. They are all yoga poses:)!

Inner Power Yoga 200 hour Training
We will soon be closing registration for this years training and I have heard from several of you that you are considering it….someday. I believe strongly that when the time is right, you will know it. However, I also know that sometimes we all need a little extra encouragement when making a big decision. If that’s you, please reach out.
“Life keeps happening. So even if you think there will be more space/time down the line…there isn’t. Unless you carve out time for yourself, the time won’t be there. For me, with a young baby and a life very much in flux, this training helped me ground and the flexibility allowed me to dig deep into myself in a profound and sacred way.”
Amanda, IPY graduate 2022
Have an awesome weekend. XX
