Hello Mountain Yogis!
What are you up to this weekend? We are headed to the pool for the first time this year! We have summer tradition of going every Friday, so if you ever want to join, let me know. I am also planning to hang this mural in the studio (fingers crossed it goes well).
Have a great weekend and here are some fun links for when you have a moment.

I have really enjoyed this podcast and have been practicing the morning ritual that he recommends. I love the simplicity of 3 thoughts first thing…What am I letting go of?, What am I grateful for? What is my focus for today?
The Town of Nederland needs your input on this housing needs assessment. Help Wild Bear reach their June fundraising goal. Don’t forget the Farmer’s Market is this weekend and be sure to buy your tickets for the Nederland Wine & Jazz Festival.
