A big hug of congratulations to all the graduates this week and their families! It is an exciting and tender time…some of these graduates, I held as babies and I am reminded of a mantra; “Miss them little, love them big”. Here’s to safe and fun celebrations and big dreams!

The “Most Mindful on Earth”. Having been here, I am not totally sure I agree. However, when you can get away from the traffic and tourist shops, it is stunningly beautiful. And the drive along Oak Creek Canyon is one of my favorite road trips of all time.

Yoga Summer Camp for ages 6-12. The best week of the whole summer! We had so much fun last year and can’t wait to offer this again. Nature, yoga, arts &crafts, games and mindfulness.
Just two more weeks to register for our 200 hour Inner Power Yoga Teacher Training. It is kind of like summer camp! We have a lot of fun, we explore creativity and connection to nature as well as yoga and mindfulness!
