I hope you awoke today feeling the love, whatever your Thanksgiving celebrations may or may not have been. We gathered with friends on a farm outside of Boulder and took a moment to offer corn to the land in a ceremonial gesture of gratitude for this land that we are lucky to inhabit. There are lots of thoughts on Thanksgiving and its fraught history, I really enjoyed this opinion piece…we can hold onto the day as a time to gather and express gratitude AND recognize that there are myths and truths about the holiday that go beyond what we were taught in school.
What are you up to today? I hope you are spending time outside as part of #optoutside, a cool movement to shift the focus away from consumerism/Black Friday. I love the video REI produced this year.
Speaking of videos, this project about the National Parks is super cool!
Here are some more fun links and a couple of studio updates. Enjoy your weekend!
