This week found me on a work trip in Salida. Such a sweet town. I stayed in an airstream at the Amigo Lodge, got tea from here, ate dinner here, went on this walk and went to their super cool library.
I am curious about this documentary and sad that it even had to be made. There is so much beauty and goodness in the practice of yoga and I suppose as in all things, a dark side too.
