Hello Mountain Yogis!
What are you up to this weekend? Chopping wood, splitting wood, hauling wood and all the winter preparations? I actually enjoy the work of getting ready for winter, there is something about knowing that the labor put in now is appreciated later. True to so many things in life, right?
I hope you have a good weekend and here are some links for your inspiration…
Friday Links
I recently listened to a podcast clip with Raghunath Cappo and he talked about the six pillars of Bhakti Yoga. Lately I have been drawn towards reminders of a yoga practice being more than the shapes we find on the mat. I think you will find this clip to be powerful.
We have had soup three times this week! This one, this one and one of our all-time favorites.
For anyone that worked in the restaurant industry. Ha Ha!! Also, has anyone watched this show? I have heard it is super good, especially the first one.
