Studio Updates
The debut of Bhakti Boot Camp is tomorrow at 10:30. Rachael will be leaving in mid December to move abroad for a year, so be sure to practice with her before she heads out. You will love this class! And you can come at 9am for yoga philosophy and vinyasa. Think about Saturdays as a half day yoga retreat!
Calling all young mountain yogis! Halloween kids yoga is Sunday from 3-4pm.
And speaking of Halloween, Jen will offer a special Halloween Nia on Monday at 9am.
