My dear friend Rachel, created this beautiful mural in San Francisco just before Indigenous Peoples Day earlier this month. Sadly, it was vandalized but quickly restored. Her thoughts on the importance of recognizing indigenous people and land are articulate and inspiring.
November is Native American Heritage Month. In honor of the the land we reside on, Tadasana Mountain Yoga will be making our second annual donation to Native American Rights Fund, an organization based in Boulder doing important work. If you feel inspired, you can make a donation here or here are some other ways you can get involved.
