Ahhh, January is done! I think that January is a really tough month for a lot of people and for those that support them. I taught a class on Thursday about connecting with your prana…yes, your breath but more than that your lifeforce and the spark, or spanda, that invigorates life and sharing or dedicating that to others. A gentle reminder that our practice can be so much more than the shapes we find. Sending a heartful hug to all.
Friday Links
We watched the first half of, The Greatest Night in Pop. I remember when the song came out but didn’t realize the true significance of pulling together all of those artists. It is pretty amazing to hear the story.
Speaking of Netflix, I had a life epiphany watching this episode of Chef’s Table. The series is always inspiring and what resonated in this particular episode is him returning to his hometown and making his business the best it can be.
Making this for a potluck tonight (it was the first recipe I ever made from my favorite food blog).
Your already know that I am a Taylor Swift fan and this made me laugh out loud! And seriously, this.
